Job Intro

KOFFi is looking for a highly motivated and details -oriented Founder’s Office Intern. 


  • Utilize CRM tools like HubSpot to support daily operational activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Act as a vital support system for the founder, assisting with daily operational tasks, strategic planning, and execution of key projects.
  • Assist in overseeing the company’s daily operations, focusing on optimizing business processes for peak efficiency.
  • Engage in projects that offer practical solutions to operational challenges, providing fresh insights and perspectives.
  • Follow operations best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Required Skills:

  • Currently pursuing a final year in B.Com or BBA, with a strong academic standing.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, specifically HubSpot, and their application in improving business operations.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take on varied challenges.
  • Knowledge of AI tools and their practical applications in improving business operations.

Bonus Skills:

  • Worked at an early-stage startup or have developed projects of your own ideas.
  • Familiarity with the Indian Fintech Ecosystem, understanding its trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Eager to learn, adapt, and apply new technologies and strategies to solve complex operational issues.

Personal Skills:

  • Ability to learn quickly.
  • Not afraid to ask questions.
  • Effective time management skills required for remote work.
