Job Intro

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our Mutual Fund Operations team and contribute to the growth of our online platform.

Responsibilities:

• Handle both physical and online Mutual Fund operations on Exchange and RTA platforms, ensuring accurate and efficient transaction processing.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements such as SEBI, AMFI, KRA, and BSE.
• Manage various internal and external compliance, including client KYCs.
• Assist in managing internal escalations, customer queries, and regulatory complaints to logical conclusions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, improvisation, and automation to optimise business processes.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Mutual Fund Operations.
• Strong understanding of mutual fund products and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• NISM and/or CFA Certifications.

Bonus Skills:

• Worked at an early-stage startup or have developed projects of your own ideas.
• Familiarity with the Indian Fintech Ecosystem, understanding its trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Eager to learn, adapt, and apply new technologies and strategies to solve complex operational issues.

Personal Skills:

• Ability to learn quickly.
• Not afraid to ask questions.
• Effective time management skills required for remote work.
