Job Intro:
KOFFi is seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Manager Intern to join our team. If you are passionate about social media, fintech, and driving engagement, this role is for you!
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide reports on campaign performance.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices, implementing new strategies to grow our online presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
Required Skills:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and content creation.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in graphic design, content writing, video editing, and content creation.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
- Familiarity with the Indian fintech ecosystem.
- Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of CRM tools, specifically HubSpot.
Personal Skills:
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
- Not afraid to ask questions and seek feedback.
- Effective time management skills, especially for remote work.
- Eager to learn, adapt, and apply new technologies and strategies.
